Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including staffing, training, and performance Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit and volume metrics Execute sales processes that ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention Monitor CRM usage, lead follow-up, and digital retailing initiatives Collaborate with service and F&I departments to optimize total dealership performance Ensure compliance with all manufacturer programs and standards Inspire a culture of integrity, professionalism, and high achievement

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

5+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience a plus) A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals Deep understanding of digital sales tools, customer engagement, and inventory management Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills A passion for the Genesis brand and commitment to delivering a luxury customer experience
