Job Summary:

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will assist the sales department in supporting customers to find the vehicle that is right for them.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. Participate in team and process development sessions

• keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Utilize CRM tracking system daily. Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

At least one (1) year in related field of customer service experience; automotive related a plus. Excellent team collaborative attitude and eagerness to work with others. Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills. Bilingual not required, but preferred. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
