What Youll Be Doing Partner withEnablement Leadership to develop and execute a sales enablementstrategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on measurableoutcomes such as improved win rates, reduced ramp time, andenhanced pipeline generation. Maintain and update knowledgerepositories for the sales organization to ensure information iscurrent and accessible. Serve as the owner of enablement materials,including facilitating instructor-lead training, developingAE-facing resources, including comprehensive sales playbooks Buildand lead ongoing enablement programs to continuously upskill thesales organization, driving advanced competency in value selling,discovery, and positioning. Capture repeatable sales motions fromhigh performers as a mechanism to scale by creating packagedcontent, prescriptive guidance, and tailored delivery to salesleaders and sellers. Building trust with Sales leaders and reps,ensuring enablement solutions are practical, impactful, andscalable. Assist with large-scale enablement programming,especially Onboarding and Sales Kick-Off. Your Experience 6 yearsof experience in sales enablement, with a minimum of 2 years in adirect seller role. Ability to simplify complex concepts anddeliver them in digestible, actionable formats. Knowledge of salesmethodologies such as Solution Selling or MEDDICC. Insatiablecuriosity and a passion for ongoing improvement. Experience infacilitating live and virtual training sessions, with strongcommunication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity withtools such as Salesforce, LMS platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Skilljar),and CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic). Strong programmanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativessimultaneously.
