Job Description

Senior Sales Administrator Location:
North Charleston, SC Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Pay:

$22/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Senior Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior leadership. Utilize SAP to create and manage sales quotes. Actively maintain and update the company CRM system. Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Communicate promptly with internal teams and customers via email, phone, and text — with a response expectation within one hour. Participate in daily team meetings and cross-training activities. Maintain an organized, clean workspace in an open office environment. Effectively multitask and support the team in various capacities, especially during absences or high-demand periods. Assist with initial calls to new leads and follow up on customer orders over $5,000. Coordinate travel schedules for the sales team and assist with conference/trade show planning. Help complete vendor and supplier documentation as needed. Support sales schedule management and appointment setting. Create and update documents and job descriptions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in a sales support or administrative role. Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP. Minimum 4 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making and receiving phone calls. Must maintain a clean and professional workspace. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
