Job Description
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required experience: - Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Powersports-related systems knowledge (warranty, product, field, and dealer operations)
- Proficient in computer systems, Interactive Network (iN), Salesforce (CRRS), CICS, and
- Prioritize customer inquiries and solutions through efficient time management and focused attention.
- Assess brand loyalty with an emphasis on achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers of Honda’s stance, ensuring it”s supported by facts and comprehensive data from relevant parties.
- Employ a full range of negotiation techniques and abilities to achieve a resolution to promote repurchase intent.
- Evaluate requests for customer goodwill individually, ensuring a personalized approach
Preferred experience/Qualifications/Skills - Powersports and/or Power Equipment technical/mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Knowledge of dealer sales and service operations
Job Duties:
- Review, research, assess, manage and resolve product-related cases in a timely and efficient
- manner
- Effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, dealerships, field personnel and all levels of management
- Provide customers with position based on facts and gatd information from all involved parties
- Utilize all negotiation tools and skills to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to promote lifetime owner loyalty.
- Accurately capture and document customer information to capture the Voice of the Customer and ensure all TREAD coding is accurate and in compliance with TREAD requirements
- Assist in evaluating the analysis of reports.
