Discover a more connected Lead Sub-Contractor Management career At Globe Communications , as a Lead Sub-Contractor Management you’ll oversee all aspects of telecommunication construction subcontractor recruiting and assist Operations in placing subcontractors. Asisst subcontractors with the onboarding process. What you’ll do as a Lead Sub-Contractor Management + Work with Operations to identify subcontractor needs + Place recruiting ads and utilize social media to build a pipeline of subcontractors + Help vet the qualifications of subcontractors + Assist subcontractors with the required onboarding paperwork (contract, pay rates, insurance requirements. + Assist in establishing and maintaining subcontractor rates + Act as liaison between Operations and subcontractors as necessary + Communicate with subcontractor insurance agents as needed + Coordinate vendor setup with the accounting department + Assist with subcontyractor retainage when applicable What you’ll need + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Previous experience in recruiting, subcontractor management or telecommunications construction preferred + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field + Strong communication and analytical skills + Self motivated with the ability to work independently + Abilitity to prioritize workload and multi-task + Flexible to travel as needed + Strong compiuter skills: Word, Excel, SmartSheet, Google Docs Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it’s your pathway to opportunity.
