Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Retail Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers at Lowe’s retail locations, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process. With an uncapped commission structure, this is an excellent opportunity to earn while making a positive environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in Lowe’s retail locations to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of switching to solar power, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Conduct initial consultations, qualify leads, and schedule in-home or virtual assessments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of solar technology, financing options, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Travel within the assigned work area as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be motivated, dependable, and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence when speaking to others.
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of six hours.
- Sales experience is not required but preferred.
- Trainable and willing to learn.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and digital tools.
- Flexible work hours, including availability on weekends.
