Job Description:
You’ll be the first impression each homeowner has by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar energy. By joining our team, you will be essential in helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source: solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and community events. Schedule appointment s for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists Follow up with leads , answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via CRM and KPIs. Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasive skills. Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as a team member. Previous sales experience is beneficial but optional; we provide comprehensive training. Passionate about renewable energy and helping people.
