Requirements:

Must have a reliable means of transportation 1 year sales experience minimum

Duties/Responsibilities:

Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar (door to door, referrals, etc.) (if setting) Conduct in-home/virtual sales consultations (if closing) Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments Attend meetings and trainings with the team Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs What we are looking for: Minimum 1 year sales experience Great communication skills Coachable and motivated Go-getter mentality Sports-minded and competitive Bilingual (a plus) What we provide: Professional sales training Opportunities for career advancement A company with unbeatable experience, quality, and reputation like no other in the industry
