Entry Level Solar Sales Representative 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 2708 Santa Barbara Boulevard, Cape Coral, FL 33914 No Experience? No problem! You’ll be the first impression each homeowner has by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar energy. By joining our team, you will be essential in helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source: solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals Schedule appointment s for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists Follow up with leads , answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Document all homeowner communication and daily activity Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasive skills. Highly self-motivated, driven, and thrives working as a team or independently Fluent in English Must be comfortable working in a 100% commission based position – there is no base or hourly pay
