Position Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Solar Sales to launch and scale our residential sales operations located in Miami, Florida. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a results-driven sales leader to build and lead a high-performing team and execute the playbook for growth in one of the country’s most competitive clean energy markets. In this critical leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned executive team that has a proven track record of scaling high-performing energy businesses—including growing operations to $25 million in sales within the first year. The sales foundation is already in place, with established tools, scripts, CRM systems, and processes ready to support your success. We’re looking for a leader who can build on this strong momentum and help take the team to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, Train & Lead:
Build and manage a high-performing, bi-lingual sales team. Develop onboarding, training, and incentive programs to drive consistent performance.
Sales Leadership:
Create a competitive, target-driven environment that promotes excellence, accountability, and personal growth.
Sales Strategy:
Align team efforts with company goals, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize results and profitability.
Business Development:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships, new markets, and channel opportunities to fuel long-term growth.
Team Culture:
Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture with shared goals. Coordinate team-building initiatives to promote engagement and retention.
Reporting & Feedback:
Provide ongoing performance reporting and insights to the CEO and leadership team to ensure alignment across the organization. Qualifications Proven track record in senior sales leadership, ideally in the home services or solar industry Experience building and scaling sales teams, including in bilingual or multicultural environments Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales professionals in a fast-paced setting Strategic mindset with operational discipline and a passion for hitting goals Fluent in English; Spanish fluency or proficiency is a strong plus Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with startup environments and ambiguity Why Join Us? Florida Location:
This position will be expected to work in-office at our office located in Miami, Florida (Aventura).
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with a supportive 90-day ramp-up period to ensure your success. During the first month, you’ll focus on onboarding and training without sales pressure. In Month 2, you’ll begin building your pipeline with a 50% quota target. By Month 3, full quota expectations and commission eligibility will be in effect—putting you in control of your earnings from day one.
