In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, conducting door-to-door sales, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy and helping homeowners transition to solar power. Duties Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach to discuss solar energy options. Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure successful installation and operation of solar systems. Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust. Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales preferred but not required. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Previous experience in energy sales is advantageous but not required.
