Key Responsibilities:

Generate your own leads through a variety of methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.). Work as a unified team to reach homeowners and introduce them to solar energy solutions. Conduct in-home appointments with potential customers, presenting our solar products and answering their questions with clarity and confidence. Build long-term relationships with homeowners, tailoring solar solutions to their specific energy needs. Collaborate within the team, sharing best practices, strategies, and insights to exceed sales goals. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and post-appointment communication.

Qualifications:

Established sales team with proven experience in the solar energy industry A strong, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as a team. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of solar energy solutions. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. A results-driven, self-motivated team with a passion for renewable energy. Ability to adapt quickly to new product knowledge and sales strategies.
