Overview:

Venture Solar is seeking entry-level Field Solar Consultants. Candidates should have a student mentality, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude. No experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new. Venture Solar offers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply! You will be responsible for : Professionally prospecting homeowners for interest in solar Qualifying roofs for solar projects Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution Set appointments with homeowners to answer any outstanding customer questions Confidently provide focused customer service Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installations What you’ll bring: Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus Outstanding customer service skills Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues Ability to work independently and remain productive

Compensation:

$500 per completed 1st appointment $250 per competed appointment thereafter $300 per closed sale
