Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to promote our products and services. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in energy sales or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to engage a diverse clientele. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment while demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. A valid driver’s license is required for travel to client locations as needed.
