Job Overview:
- As a Roofing & Solar Sales Consultant , you’ll be the face of HighView—educating homeowners about our roofing and solar services, assisting with storm inspections, and guiding them through insurance claims and installation options. You’ll help homeowners protect their investment while embracing sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvas residential neighborhoods to generate leads Introduce homeowners to High View’s free inspection service Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments Educate homeowners on roof replacements, insurance claim assistance, and solar panel benefits Present roofing and solar proposals with financing options Accurately record customer info and track progress in CRM Represent the brand with professionalism and energy Attend daily check-ins and weekly team meetings Stay up to date on NJ building codes, solar incentives, and market trends •What are looking for?

Sales and Business Development:
- Weekly sales training with a 10X business coach.
- In house sales training and training with the Roofing Academy.
- Present and sell our restoration services to prospective clients, including roof, siding, and gutter repairs and replacements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companies. 2.

Project Management:
- Oversee all phases of storm restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. 3.

Insurance and Mortgage Coordination:
- Assist clients with insurance claims and work directly with insurance companies to facilitate the claims process.
- Collaborate with mortgage companies as needed to ensure seamless project financing and payment. 4.

Travel and Time Management:
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, inspect properties, and manage projects.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple projects and client needs efficiently. 5.

Self-Motivation and Performance:
- Work independently and stay self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the storm restoration or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and mortgage financing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
