VITL SOLAR
is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Representatives to promote our solar solutions in retail environments. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and helping them make informed decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote solar energy solutions. Provide knowledgeable and friendly service, answering any questions about our products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the advantages of switching to solar energy. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and update product displays as needed.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers. Ability to communicate effectively and explain technical concepts in simple terms. A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales objectives.
