Baptist Health Princeton Hospital Position Summary The Gift Shop Associate is a fiendly, service-oriented team member who welcomes and assists customers with purchases

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions Helps with the ordering and restocking of sundries, snacks and drinks Models, excellent communication and customer service skills with patients and fellow employees Responsible for the accurate operation of the cash register and inventory system Prepares cash reports, and cash reconciliation Receives new shipments; unpacks boxes and prices merchandise Assistsin maintaining order of merchandise displays and basic cleaning Maintains reasonably regular punctual attendance, consistent with Baptist Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards Maintains compliance with all Baptist Health policies and procedures Other Related Functions Participates in monthly departmental meetings and all related in-services and PI activities. Observes all departmental rules and regulations. Interacts appropriately with a culturally diverse population. Follows chain of command when communicating departmental and individual concerns or problems. Knowledgeable of Patient Satisfaction goals.
