• Onsite Representative Lead
• for our client, a leading global provider of innovative supply chain solutions, renowned for delivering mission-critical services with reliability and efficiency.

• Middlesex County, CT

• Contract-to-hire

• Rate:

• $20-22/hr DOE

• Summary:

• + Support supply chain operations at customer production sites. This role is responsible for maintaining and replenishing supply bins, resolving stock issues, and ensuring strong communication between the customer and internal teams. You’ll also lead a small team and help drive process improvements on-site.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Lead and mentor team members + Coordinate with customer site contacts to monitor inventory and resolve issues + Maintain accurate data entry and documentation + Provide updates on stock status and operational performance + Identify opportunities to enhance service and efficiency

• Requirements:

• + High school diploma (college coursework preferred) + 1+ year of JIT, VMI, or 3PO experience (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing) + Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel + Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between customer sites _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
