Must be able and eager to contribute to a high-performing, family-oriented team Must be able to learn the technical aspects of the job, and to retain an understanding of pool chemistry and equipment in order to best serve each customer Excellent customer service skills • Pool knowledge is preferred, but not necessary. • Technical proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities include:
Interacting professionally and patiently while helping customers with purchases Answering phones and perform functions on a computer when interacting with customers and or the corporate office. Ensuring the store is clean at all times; straighten shelves, dust shelves, keep furniture, displays and counter area clean. At the end of shifts vacuum/mop floors daily, dump trash. Stock products and report supply shortages. After training, understanding water chemistry and how to effectively solve water balance issues when water testing for customers. At the end of shifts vacuum/mop floors daily, dump trash. Stock products and report supply shortages. Must be 18 years old. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The position requires constant walking, bending and lifting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Part-time to full-time, Monday to Friday. Store hours are 9-6.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18, and have a high school graduate or general education degree (GED). Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able and eager to contribute to a high-performing, family-oriented team!
