You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables while providing exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Stock and display fresh produce in an attractive manner to encourage sales. Clean and maintain the produce section, ensuring all items are fresh and visually appealing. Assist customers with inquiries about produce, offering recommendations and information on various items. Perform heavy lifting as needed to restock shelves and move product throughout the store. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation. Monitor product quality, removing any items that do not meet our freshness standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with produce handling and knowledge of various fruits and vegetables is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
