Qualifications:

Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or team lead is preferred but not required Able to work 32-40 hours a week for full time Able to work 25-32 hours a week for part time
