These websites all operate independently of one another, but are governed by the same dedication to customer support and are each held to the same management principles. Responsibilities and Duties Daily management of e-commerce marketplace operations and relations. Create, manage, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and effectiveness. Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking. Creating routine shipments and invoices. Monitor competition across e-commerce platforms. General office work and routine tasks involving customer service. Optimize online content through research, edits, proofs and tests online, to communicate with target consumers and maximize sales Pricing Internet research Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third party marketplace platforms
