We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise, along with front-facing counter sales responsibilities including assisting customers, processing transactions, and providing product information. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
Counter Sales Duties:
Greet and assist customers at the counter or by phone. Provide product knowledge and recommend appropriate items. Process sales transactions using POS systems. Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. Handle returns and resolve customer issues courteously and efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous experience in warehouse or retail sales preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems a plus. Forklift certification (preferred or can be obtained after hire).
