As a team lead you will mentor and improve operations, define and implement action plans to drive sales, and support the product category business through team animations, morning briefings, and sharing of client-related information.
PROFILE As a Team Lead, you will serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, assisting the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in coaching and developing the team, building client relationships, and proactively driving the achievement of sales goals. Your role is essential in ensuring that the highest level of client experience is delivered. You will act as a role model to the team, embodying and representing the brand values and demonstrating the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward clients and team members. With a focused and entrepreneurial mindset, you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends, thereby maintaining and enhancing our market position and driving business results.
