Responsibilities:

• Dedicated to great customer experience.
• Role model & hold team members accountable for operational & quality standards.
• Assist in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, retain & develop team members.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase store profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
