This candidate must have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both as a team and independently. This position, within our rapidly growing company, is responsible for packing and fulfilling online customer orders. They are also responsible for receiving, organizing, and reporting on store inventory, samples, and supplies. The job requires a close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and to work at a fast pace, with shifting work priorities. We would like to interview candidates who have style, a sense of humor, and the ability to anticipate needs (especially during seasonal rushes) and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

Process and log all incoming product, ensuring accuracy against original orders, following set procedures Inspect all received goods for damages, defects, and discrepancies and report to the Purchasing Associate Packing and shipping of customer orders, samples, and inventory for events and photography Adhere to the packaging guidelines for all orders Gift-wrapping Organization/audits of the stockroom and supplies Photo shoots: Packing, unpacking, and generally assisting Production of goods (packaging, spray painting, crafting) Assist the team aș needed during seasonal rushes to meet deadlines Adhere to accountability and reporting systems to prevent breakage, packaging shortages, etc. Manage cleanliness and organization on a daily basis, so that the office and processing areas are successful and efficient workplaces Report on Inventory (product, supplies, packaging) Report low inventory concerns to the Purchasing Associate to initiate reorders Report high inventory concerns to the Purchasing Associate, initiate additional marketing and sales strategy Report all Shopify inventory inaccuracies to the Purchasing Associate Maintain a live list of perishables and end-of-season dead stock Ensure actual charges for shipping do not exceed the shipping charged to the customer, reporting all discrepancies or near price matches to the Purchasing Associate Assistance with projects, which may relate to press, pop-ups, events, gifting, and other departments (interiors, events) Assist management in sourcing supplies, scheduling transportation, and planning workflow pertaining to photoshoots.
