Stocking Specialist Tuan’s Marietta, GA 30008 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stocker to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and presentable for customers. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. Responsibilities Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper rotation and organization. Assist in receiving shipments and verifying the accuracy of incoming inventory. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy items safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries regarding product locations. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking goals. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with produce handling and shipping/receiving processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage stock efficiently and effectively. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous. A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting.
