In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed at various retail locations. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, customer service, and a strong ability to manage inventory effectively. Responsibilities Deliver and merchandise products to assigned retail locations on a scheduled route. Ensure that products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards. Communicate effectively with store management and staff to address any issues or concerns. Perform shipping and receiving tasks as needed, including inventory management and stock replenishment. Operate cash registers for transactions when necessary, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit sales. Utilize retail math skills to track inventory levels and sales performance. Assist in heavy lifting of products during deliveries and restocking processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment both in the vehicle and at retail locations. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management. Ability to operate cash registers accurately. Experience in warehouse operations or stock management is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
