You will be responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining the produce section while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for fresh food. Responsibilities Stock and display fresh produce in an appealing manner to attract customers. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure product availability. Assist with shipping and receiving of produce deliveries, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce area, including proper storage practices. Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding produce selection and usage. Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move products as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the department. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining quality standards. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
