They partner with store leaders and Store Support Office merchants to permanently resolve pricing issues. The position reports to the Store Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting each customer with, “Good (morning, afternoon, evening)! Welcome to Rouses!” Engaging in appropriate conversations with customers and thanking them for choosing to shop with us Answering customer questions courteously and accurately Partnering with the Reset Team to work on new store layouts and change shelf layouts Placing shelf tags for wholesaler and DSD price changes Maintaining accuracy between shelf tags, EDLP signs and display signs Creating items that are not currently in the store’s file to eliminate distractions for customers Partnering with store leaders and Store Support Office personnel to solve pricing issues Understanding the store layout to easily locate products for customers Notifying management of customer inquiries/complaints, potential pricing issues, product re-shops and/or other situations Maintaining a professional personal brand representation in the proper Rouse’s uniform Reporting to work on time and as scheduled Cleaning assigned check stand area Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with retail grocery pricing and/or signing Able to work a flexible schedule Strong organizational skills Able to perform well under pressure Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to stoop, squat, reach and maneuver to move product, boxes, bags, shelving, carts and equipment Able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs
