In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving. Utilize a pallet jack to move products efficiently throughout the store. Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits. Organize merchandise on shelves and in storage areas to maximize space and accessibility. Assist with cash register operations as needed, providing friendly customer service during transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as necessary. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and assisting customers in locating items. Requirements Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers. Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
