Team Lead Duties:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility. Effectively communicate services we provide and promotional information to customers. Be responsible for personal sales goals and related metrics.

Requirements:

Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment. Valid driver’s license is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment). Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions. Reliable transportation is necessary. Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Having no lifting restrictions is highly preferred.
