Job Overview:

You’re comfortable wearing lots of hats. You could be ringing folks up, welcoming them to our stores, counting inventory for compliance, updating our chalkboard menu, or helping to clean up the store.

This is a “foot in the door” position here, and the right folks will find opportunity for full time work within the company.

In the role of a associate, your adaptability is key. You’ll weave through various shifts, adapting sometimes at a moment’s notice. Key Responsibilities:

Greeter Duties:

• Customer Guidance:

  Welcome all guests with a smile and guide them to their destinations.

• Phone and Email Support:

  Respond promptly to customer inquiries across channels.

Discrepancy Investigation:

Support compliance requirements ensuring no products have been subject to diversion.

Budtending/Customer Service:

• Product Knowledge:

  Share information about cannabis products, including recommendations tailored to individual preferences and needs.

POS Operations:

Process transactions accurately, manage cash and card transactions, and perform daily sales reconciliations.

Cleaning and Organization:

• Facility Upkeep:

  Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring customer-facing areas are tidy, and supplies are well-stocked.

• Inventory Assistance:

  Restock merchandise, organize products on display, and notify team members of restocking needs.

• Assist with external permitter walks, and help keep our exterior as nice as our interior.

Inventory Support:

• Adhere to detailed checklist protocols to maintain inventory requirements.
• Replenish and organize merchandise, ensuring our offerings are always presented attractively.
• Stay vigilant on product levels, signaling restocking needs promptly.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing squad, capturing the essence of our daily store vibe through photos and videos.
• Educate our patrons about ongoing promotions and deals.
• Support with keeping the menu up to date
• Social Media Projects (and ideas) encouraged.

Skill Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older to work with Cannabis in Massachusetts A budding or established knowledge of cannabis is a bonus Stellar customer service and the ability to communicate like a pro. Comfortable with technology. A serious commitment to abide by all regulations. Ready to thrive in a lively setting. Punctuality and Reliability are paramount. Availability for night and weekend shifts is key. A team player with an energy that uplifts You must be able to pass a background check so you can become a licensed cannabis agent.

Physical Requirements Standing/Walking:

Ability to remain on one’s feet in an upright position at a workstation without moving about, as well as to move about in the workspace for extended periods.
