Stocker Mounting Tech Express Boston, MA 02111 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The Stocker will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are efficiently organized, stocked, and available for customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales or customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and organization for easy access by customers. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate restocking efforts and address any inventory issues. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location. Operate forklifts safely when necessary to move large quantities of stock or materials. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management. Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock counts. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with produce handling is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining stock levels. Capability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required based on company policy. Willingness to clean and maintain work areas regularly for safety and efficiency. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
