Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
• Monitor inventory control and assist with ordering supplies
• Implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Utilize strong math skills for cash handling and financial transactions

Skills:

• Previous experience as an Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Proficient in store management practices
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
• Exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Solid understanding of inventory control procedures
