$17.00-$20.00 (based on experience and job responsibilities)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual to join our team. The Customer Engagement/Retail Associate will provide guidance for each patient to establish their individual medical cannabis needs. The right candidate will be compassionate, enjoy helping others, and have excellent customer service skills. The duties of a Customer Engagement/Retail Associate are to establish and maintain excellent patient relations while remaining compliant to the state.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and establish rapport with patients. Assist patients in identifying the products that best fit their individual needs. Gather and process required customer documents and information and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality. Continue to enhance your knowledge of cannabis, and continually hone your ability to educate and recommend product uses. Unpack, sort, count, and inventory merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration. Process and package cannabis and cannabis related products Perform clerical tasks including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and patient records. Maintain patient privacy as required in OCP Program Rules and HIPPA – the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 Maintain a professional and clean environment for patients and staff.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Must have valid Maine RIC (Registry Identification Card) prior to start date Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail Must be at least 21 years of age Exceptional customer service skills At least 2 years of cannabis experience Desire to continually learn and expand knowledge of the cannabis plant and products offered Basic bookkeeping and data entry skills required Must be able to lift 50lbs
