FOH Team Leader Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant Offer immediate and respectful responses to guests’ needs Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team Be a friendly, encouraging team player Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder Count drawers and finalize day Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Must be able to lead and communicate efficiently and effectively Must be able to handle being in a fast-paced environment This person should not be afraid to hold themselves and others around them to the standard and core values for

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant Ensure team members follow recipes and read service tickets to prepare orders accurately. Ensure team members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness of workstations at all times. Ensure all BOH team members are working in a clean and safe environment. Work closely with the BOH Operations Director and Food Safety Director to ensure team members are trained and follow all procedures correctly. Assist BOH Directors with food quality and safety assessments and implement systems to ensure an elite food safety status. Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling. Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
