00 / Hour Get Paid every Friday! We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a proven ability to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve operational goals. Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines. Oversee the safe and efficient use of equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist in training and evaluating new employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any productivity or quality concerns. Respond promptly to issues, suggest improvements, and implement best practices. Communicate clearly with management and team members to maintain smooth operations. Assist with shipping, receiving, and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
