Team Leader Responsibilities:

Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Serve guests with immediate and respectful responses. Coach, teach, and train team members to set the tone for each shift. Act as a friendly and encouraging team player. Open and/or close shifts and manage cash drawers. Uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards for hygiene, hospitality, cleanliness and our CFA Harrison Square values.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong commitment to superior customer service and teamwork with shared ownership and responsibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or similar role is required . Reliable transportation and strong people skills.
