Parts Stocking Associate A Parts Stocking Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory of automotive parts in a parts department. This role supports the smooth operation of service and repair departments by ensuring that necessary parts are readily available and accurately stocked.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders. Label and stock parts in appropriate storage locations. Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts. Pull parts for service orders or customer requests efficiently and accurately. Assist with inventory audits and help identify discrepancies. Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or inventory experience a plus. Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented with good communication skills.
