In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail environment is well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and providing excellent service to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Organize stock in the warehouse and on the sales floor, utilizing retail math to maintain accurate inventory levels. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to move merchandise efficiently throughout the store. Package items for shipping or display as needed, ensuring proper presentation and labeling. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location within the store. Collaborate with team members to optimize stock placement and improve overall store layout. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse settings is preferred but not required. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. Basic knowledge of retail math is advantageous for effective inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
