Catering and Gift Basket Associate (FT) The Market at Sickles Farm Little Silver, NJ The Catering and Gift Basket Associate supports all aspects of catering and gift basket sales, from responding to inquiries and coordinating orders to ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Work closely with kitchen teams, maintain order accuracy, and provide exceptional service to new and returning customers. Description A Catering & Gift Basket Associate is responsible for the following job duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service

• Assist with all sales for catering and gift baskets
• Respond to all inquiries for catering and gift basket requests; oversee logistics and ensure a smooth and timely delivery of catering and gift basket orders
• Proactively engage customers to establish catering needs, portions, and special requests Ensure accuracy of catering orders prior to pickup and delivery
• Communicate with deli and kitchen teams to prepare for daily, weekly, and monthly product requirements and sales objectives Answer customer questions and provide guidance and direction regarding available foods, products, and services Give new and repeat customers outstanding customer service Gather and input all relevant customer data into in-house system Engage with customers to receive feedback on products and services offered Replenish department supplies frequently to ensure efficiency of workflow and job tasks Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment• Assist with store events• Staying informed of current and seasonal food products Work and remain “qualified” in the position knowing the Working Conditions; Job Requirements and Physical Demands / Requirements that relate directly to the essential job duties and functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation (see below for details) Perform all other appropriate duties and tasks as assigned (including those outside of your department and outside of your day-to-day duties to meet business needs) • The above job duties marked with a • are considered “essential job duties.

English Required Qualifications and Experience:

1+ years of Catering Experience Sales Experience Preferred Required education or certifications: High School Diploma or GED Working Conditions; Job Requirements and Physical Demands / Requirements that relate directly to the essential job duties and functions.
