Stocker Tec in a Sec Williamsville, NY 14221 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. This role is essential in maintaining inventory levels and providing excellent customer service within our warehouse environment. The Stocker will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient inventory management. Duties Receive and unload shipments, verifying the accuracy of incoming products. Organize and stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation of products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock area to facilitate efficient operations. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location. Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Operate forklifts safely as needed for moving large items or pallets. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures. Customer service experience is beneficial for assisting shoppers effectively. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment is essential.
