Stocking Associate Tec in a Sec Williamsville, NY 14221 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management. Use a pallet jack to transport products to designated areas within the store. Stock shelves with grocery items, maintaining proper product placement and organization. Clean and maintain the stocking area to ensure a safe and tidy work environment. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product locations and availability, providing excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive customer interactions. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team setting. Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving products as needed.
