Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Logistics Technician to join our stockroom operations team. This position reports to the Stockroom Supervisor and works closely with the Stockroom Coordinators and Packaging Clerks. The Associate Logistics Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing and receiving parts, verifying cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies across multiple stockrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inventory transactions using up to 32 different system screens Accurately manage lot-traceable parts and inventory movements Issue and receive parts, kits, and shop floor components Verify cycle counts and reconcile errors Conduct transactions related to receipts from inspection, returns, inter-stock transfers, and spares shipments Interface with cross-functional teams including Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch, Model Shop Expediters, and Assembly/Test personnel Train new employees and support operations in other stockrooms as needed Identify and report deviations in standard procedures, such as cure dates, packaging, and handling requirements Handle, package, and store materials with care to prevent damage and ensure safety Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom; consolidate inventory and manage supplies Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols and safety standards Sign off on Certification Sheets for spare parts

Requirements:

High attention to detail and strong keyboard accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 65 lbs ESD training or willingness to be trained Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with inventory systems and transactional operations preferred
