The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory levels and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and rotation of items. Assist in receiving shipments and managing inventory through shipping and receiving processes.. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stocking activities and address customer inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.. Requirements Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards stocking, sales support, and customer service. Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
