Key Responsibilities:

Handle sophisticated matters in private securities offerings , securitization , and/or general bank lending (including syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, and structured lending). Work on complex regulatory frameworks , assisting clients with cutting-edge issues in capital markets law. Contribute to high-value projects involving a range of industries, advising both financial institutions and corporate clients on significant transactions. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies for resolving challenging legal issues. Play an integral role in client development and build lasting relationships with industry-leading professionals.

Ideal Candidate:

3-6 years of solid legal experience, with a background in private securities offerings , securitization , or bank lending (including syndicated and asset-backed lending). Experience in CLO, ABS, or CMBS matters is a plus but not required. Strong academic credentials , ( GPA 3.5 or above ) with a proven track record of excellence in a law firm environment. A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for solving complex legal challenges.
