Opportunity to join a high-performance team at a leading financial markets firm. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and execution of compensation strategies that help attract and retain exceptional talent across the firm.
The position offers the opportunity to work across functions and regions, applying analytical rigor and operational precision to ensure compensation practices are competitive, scalable and aligned with the firm’s goals.

What You’ll Do:

Design and manage compensation frameworks that align with company goals
Oversee global compensation processes in coordination with internal partners
Use data to evaluate program impact and prepare insights for leadership decision-making
Lead year-end processes including salary planning, variable pay, and long-term incentives
Support recruiting efforts by advising on offer compensation structures
Collaborate with tech teams to streamline systems and processes
Benchmark against market data to inform compensation strategy
Create and deliver clear communications around compensation initiatives and address employee questions

What You Bring:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics) with a strong academic record
5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency across data, processes and communication
Strong data analysis and Excel skills; comfort translating insights into action
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
