Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our dispensary team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing cannabis orders for customer pickup or in store order, while ensuring full compliance with state and local cannabis regulations. You will play a critical role in the customer experience by ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack cannabis products for online and in store orders. Verify product details and quantities to ensure compliance with customer orders and regulations. Label products and packages correctly according to compliance standards. Operate within state-mandated tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records. Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure fulfillment area. Follow all safety, security, and cannabis compliance protocols. Support order staging and timely handoff to customers. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and receiving product shipments as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least [21+] and meet all legal requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facility. High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or cannabis retail is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS and seed-to-sale software (e.g., Dutchie, METRC, Blaze). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Strong understanding of cannabis compliance regulations or willingness to learn.

Work Environment:

Back-of-house dispensary or warehouse environment. Fast-paced with frequent handling of cannabis products. Requires discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
